Sitting at around 1,300 metres between Rocca di Mezzo and Ovindoli, this bowl-shaped plateau is farmed in strips of lavender and grain in summer, giving it an almost patchwork look from the surrounding ridges. Easy tracks cross the flat valley floor, making it a relaxed alternative to the steeper trails nearby.
