Neive's old quarter of red-brick and stone houses is part of the Borghi più belli d'Italia network, its belvedere at the edge of town giving a classic Langhe view over vine-covered ridges toward the neighbouring Barbaresco appellation. The stone lanes are compact, quiet and largely level.
