Monte Alburno

Campania

The Alburni massif presents a sheer face to the north and a rolling karst plateau on top, all sinkholes, dry grass and scattered beech, topped by the Panormo and Alburno points near 1,740 m. Paths climb from Sicignano, Petina or Ottati; from the rim the view runs over Paestum to the sea and back across the whole Cilento.
