Sa Oche e Su Bentu, Valle di Lanaitho

From the Lanaitho valley floor near Oliena a stony track and path run up the closed karst basin to the resurgence of Sa Oche, which "speaks" when the water is high, and the huge dry entrance of Su Bentu, one of the longest cave systems in Italy. The route also passes the nuraghic village of Sa Sedda 'e Sos Carros.
