Parco di Costa Ripagnola, Polignano a Mare

Puglia

Costa Ripagnola, made a regional park in 2020, is one of the last undeveloped bits of this coast — flat "lame" ravines meeting the sea in small pebble coves, terraced with dry-stone walls, and dotted with "trappeti", underground presses where olive oil was made and shipped straight from the rock.
