The Dolmen della Chianca, a large capstone-and-support megalithic tomb dating to around 3500–2900 BC, is considered one of the finest surviving examples of its kind in Italy, and sits in open farmland easily reached from Bisceglie. A short flat path crosses the fields to reach it, with almost nothing else nearby.
